El Gringos founding chef, Mark Polst brings his 16 years of cooking knowledge & passion for plant based dining to deliver a feed me inspired tasting menu.

Your courses will highlight locally sourced Riverland ingredients and traditional Mexican flavours entwined with Mark's expertise in plant based cooking & passion for Mexican cuisine.

The Renmark Club will be pouring a specially designed drinks menu tailored to the event.

Mexican inspired beats by Boss DJ will be complementing the atmosphere all evening.
